We are proud to have Marcella teaching Yoga in Harlow from our FightSportsUK facility. Having completed her Yoga teacher training in Los Angeles, Marcella is passionate about passing on the knowledge gained from her amazing teachers at the Yoga Works studio.
Marcella teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which connects each pose with the breath allowing creativity into each and every class.
Sponsor of the Bishops Stortford Rugby team Marcella specialises in Yoga for Athletes.
The Yoga class in Harlow will be taught at FightSportsUK and will suit both athletes and non athletes, beginners and intermediate students; offering varied options for students to choose their preferred level of intensity. Providing specific adjustments in postures allows students to go deeper into the poses with support and guidance.
Marcella is continuously learning about the different layers of yoga so she can continue bringing new ideas and methods to her classes. Every class ends with a Svasanna; time on your mat to relax and meditate.
Marcella is registered with Yoga Alliance. Welcome to Yoga in Harlow at FightSportsUK.
Discounted Class Pass payment will be arranged with a one off direct debit collection upon sign up.
