No-Gi Grappling
Fast-paced submission grappling focused on movement, control and submissions without the gi.
No-Gi Grappling
No-Gi takes the fundamentals of grappling and removes the traditional gi, changing the grips, pace and control game. Our No-Gi classes in Harlow, Essex focus on movement, control, leg entries, scrambles and fast transitions, taught by coaches with backgrounds in both Gi and No-Gi competition.

What to Expect
Warm-ups and drilling focus on the grips and control points specific to No-Gi. Collar-and-sleeve control disappears, so underhooks, wrist control and pummeling take priority.
Leg entries and leg locks get proper coaching time, reflecting how central they are to the modern No-Gi game, always taught with safety and control first.
Live rolling closes out most sessions, with a noticeably faster scramble pace than Gi classes due to the reduced friction.
