Is there available parking at the gym?
There is parking available at our gym both at the premises and car park less than 100 yards from Ripped Gym.
How do I enter the Gym?
Upon arriving at the downstairs reception of Ripped Gym, please inform a member of their reception staff that you are here to attend a FightSportsUK class. Upon entry, turn left and walk up the stairs to FightSportsUK reception.
Who do I ask for at FightSportsUK reception?
FightSportsUK has a full-time reception.
What should I wear for my first class?
Depending on the type of class you are attending, clothing differs:
- Boxing = T-Shirt, Tracksuit bottoms or shorts & gym trainers.
- Muay Thai = T-Shirt & Shorts
- MMA = T-Shirts & Shorts
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu = T-Shirt & Tracksuit bottoms.
If attending Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA or Muay Thai, please ensure your shorts and tracksuit bottoms are ZIP free as these can damage the mats.
Membership
How old do I need to be to join the Gym?
The youngest age accepted at FightSports is 6 years of age. However, any students under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by either their parent or guardian to sign a training disclaimer on behalf of the student.
Can I trial the Gym before joining?
Yes, FightSportsUK offers a free trial class with no obligation to join.
Can I freeze my membership?
Should you wish to become a member then there are 6 and 12month direct debit offers available on bronze, silver and gold cards. Memberships can be frozen subject to terms and conditions.

Does the facility include changing rooms & showers?
Yes, all FightSportsUK members have access to the changing rooms & showers at Ripped Gym

FightSportsUK members can use the restaurant on the ground floor.

Is there CCTV at the Gym?

Yes. Both inside and outside the premises has CCTV 24hours a day.
